Mango chutney baked feta with lentils

This week, Vegan Life is so excited to share a new quick and healthy lunch recipe that an be made in just 20 minutes. 

The salty, creamy and tangy mango feta goes so well with the crunchy salad and flavoured lentils.

  • Vegan Life Feta Cheese
  • 1tbsp mango chutney
  • 150ml natural yogurt
  • small handful of mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, halved, deseeded and cut into half-moons
  • 120g cherry tomatoes, halved
