Vegan Cream Pasta with mushrooms

Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
250gr Vegan Parmesan cheese, grated
4 garlic gloves
1 cup of peas
1 tin of chickpeas
half bunch of parsley
1 brown onion
Salt & pepper
Method:
Preheat pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Cook pasta.
Diced the mushrooms and onion.
Cook onion and mushrooms together.
Once the onion and mushrooms are cooked add the peas and chickpeas.
Then add the pasta in the pan and the vegan cream sauce
Cook for another 7-10 minutes until the cream is set and add the cheese, salt and cracked pepper
Generously sprinkle cheese on top.
